Shipping Information:
We ship everything Priority Mail from the US postal service. Most orders are five dollars shipping to anywhere in the continental U.S. International rates are 11.00 USD to anywhere in the world. (USPS standard rates for the small flat rate box)
Unless the item is in stock, custom wooden e-cigarette mods currently take 21 days before they are shipped to you.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items that are engraved with personal names or dates and generally not otherwise resell-able/appealing to others are non-refundable. Otherwise you have 3 days to decide if the product is right for you. You may return it in its' original condition to receive your total amount minus shipping costs.
Wooden E-cigarette mods are warrantied for a period of sixty days to cover defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover damage or abuse from improper use or otherwise rough treatment.
After this period I will repair your item/s for the cost of parts and labor.
